Hotel facilities were basic, but I knew that when I booked. Location was ideal for what I needed, and the staff were very friendly. I booked for 12 nights, and I found it a little frustrating that I had to request towels to be changed, as they make it clear rooms are not serviced every day for longer term stays. Would have also liked a internatiol razor power point like most hotels have around the world. But I understand this is an English Health and Safety ruling. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Nicky was exceptional. She made everything so easy, it felt like I was a friend rather than just a customer. She was so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be returning.

Very helpful staff. It shared a car park with Starbucks but at weekends it can get difficult to find a space to park. Also to note is on leaving the 🚗 park there are 3 major potholes at the end where you join the dual carriageway. I did enjoy my stay at the hotel overall and I was there fo 18 nights.
