Friendly welcome at reception and helpful tips on nearby restaurants. Bicycle storage available. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a good selection and freshly prepared egg dishes, but unfortunately the coffee wasn't very good.

Located right next to the Birkenwerder S-Bahn station (about a 30-minute walk to Alexanderplatz). The hotel offers free parking, and the room was tidy, although the furnishings were quite dated. The bathroom was adequate, but the shower had a curtain! (In my opinion, that's no longer up-to-date). However, the overall value for money was very good.

Bezug auf unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Andersen: Wir sind nun schon das dritte Jahr Gäste in diesem Hotel und bisher war immer alles in Ordnung. Umso schockierter waren wir diesmal über die neuen Parkplatzgebühren. Früher war der Parkplatz kostenlos, jetzt müssen Gäste plötzlich dafür bezahlen. Noch unverständlicher ist für uns die Berechnung: Wir sind um 15 Uhr angereist und reisen am nächsten Morgen um 8 Uhr ab, also nach nur einer Nacht. Trotzdem wurden uns zwei Tage Parkplatzgebühren berechnet. Das empfinden wir als sehr unfair und nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass langjährige Gäste zumindest transparent über solche Änderungen informiert werden und dass die Abrechnung fair erfolgt . Regina Kindler
