The entire visit was exceptional- from check in, to the room, to the bar n grill, to breakfast and housekeeping. Highly recommend staying with the Hilton. Thank you. KJ and Tiffany with breakfast made sure our dining experience was good. The food was delicious.

This property is in close proximity to UAB Hospital, Kirklin Clinic, Children’s Hospital and other medical facilities. It was very clean and comfortable. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Other than rates are a little high for people staying there for medical appts, procedures and medical issues I don’t have a negative for the property.

Was not even the room that i had applied for and paid for when I got there. I paid for a king size with the deluxe package, couch, sitting area with a bath tub, and they give me a joint room.. highly disappointed

Nice hotel in a wonderful location in the heart of downtown Birmingham. Had a cleaning issue when we first arrived but it was immediately handled. Great customer service. Enjoyed my stay!

Finally. I can share review of a great hotel stay at the Hilton. The desk manager Tiffina courteously and professional checked us in. Every employee, at least 5, we met greeted us like family. The hot breakfast was indeed a hot breakfast with plenty of choices. Room was clean, spacious. Lobby and property looked new, well decorated and modern.
Only negative? Elevator certification was out of date. We will be happy to stay at this property going forward as our young, aspiring student/doctor attends UAB in the near future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay even though it was only for one night. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional from check in to check out. Very clean and spacious. I love a well lit bathroom. Nice view from the window especially at night. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. If you ever plan to stay in the downtown area of Birmingham, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back soon!! Thank y'all for your hospitality!

The biggest thing that bother me was the over priced beverages $5 for a drink really and i guess i got charged for the water in room too and i always try to help housekeepers out by making sure all towels are in one area and *****ping bed and still got charged $30 and i am going to call to see why cause we didnt leave room in a mess and i didnt understand why T.K. the cook was told to take his tip jar down he is a wonderful cook and has great customer service skills alot of jobs now have the tip jar and i dont see a thing wrong with that i think i also want to shout out to the 2 servers we had i dont know their names but i will describe them one was a white lady with ms santa suit on and the other one was a black lady with the wide hips and also i want to give a shout out to Melissa the receptionist they all were wonderful great customer service and very friendly

Pretty happy with our 4-night stay. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly, from the people at the front desk to the housekeeping staff to our server at the restaurant. We actually ended up having dinner 3 times at the restaurant, since it was so convenient and had options my kids would actually eat. We had breakfast one morning as well and it was not complimentary but prices were reasonable. Room was fairly comfortable, although a few more touches would have made it better (like hooks to hang towels in the bathroom!). Housekeeping, while friendly, needs to pay a little more attention to detail--one day they took all our used towels and did not leave any clean ones--I had to go down to the front desk and even then I didn't get all the towels I needed (too many washcloths and no hand towels). But it wasn't a huge deal. Location is great--one block from Railroad Park, which we walked to every day, and easy walking distance to the Civil Rights Institute, McWane Science Center, restaurants etc. downtown. Neighborhood felt safe. Would stay here again!
