I recently stayed at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Mountain Brook and I received phenomenal customer service from the PMC Valet Manager Rod. A step above the rest of the valet gentleman I have ever encountered and always great for a meaningful conversation. Thanks for all you do! Whenever we visit Birmingham, Al, we will definitely stay here!

Stayed for just two nights on business, so couldn't make the most of it, but from what I experienced, the hotel is more than adequate and as expected. Some quirky details and furnishings in the public areas and overall, modern and very clean. Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All staff were very friendly and helpful and I was made to feel very welcome. Decent gym for a hotel and an outdoor pool to chill out, although not particularly big. Good food and drinks but also walking distance from some other restaurants and bars. It is also near to the botanical gardens, which make for a relaxing walk in tranquil surroundings. In summary, a nice, comfortable stay with no complaints.

I recently stayed at the Grand Bohemian Hotel and I was greeted by Rod with the valet team. He was professional, funny, attentive, and gave me great suggestions on places to eat and shop. It's always a breath of fresh air to meet people like him.

Traveling as much as I do, you don’t tend to remember names just faces, but this particular trip I experienced a gentleman that was a step above the rest. Rod, a navy vet at that, is the valet manager and a damn good one at that. I saw his hustling and taking in multiple guests at one time. He made sure everyone knew he was going to be with them and did everything with a smile and with grace. Where are the people like him in my hometown? I will definitely be back to visit Rod at the Grand Bohemian Hotel again that’s for sure. Thanks again Rod, I truly meant that!

I arrived to the facility to make a delivery and Rod assisted with direction to my exact destination. He made sure I had a convenient safe route to bring in my equipment and was the epitome of customer service. Thank you so much for all of your help.

What a great hotel. It is located in Mountain Brook which is a quaint little town in itself. The hotel is amazing. The rooms were beautiful. The furnishings all throughout the hotel were amazing. We spent a good bit of time on the third floor rooftop bar. The staff were so nice and helpful. The elevators had waynescoating half way up and then beautiful glass tiles in a chevron pattern up to the top. The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire complex

We love this hotel. It is overpriced but my husband is a car guy and likes the valets. The huge bathtubs are a plus - but not every room has them. The concierges can be kind of snooty and shady BUT I left my AirPods in the room after checkout and they called me back within 5 minutes to say they had them and holding them for me at the desk. The rooftop bar is a great setting in nice weather - if they’re busy the service can be a little slow

During my stay at the Grand Bohemian, Rod and Ladarius gave me the very best service I’ve had in a while. They were attentive, and alert offering restaurant suggestions and local shopping for the Birmingham area. It’s the little things that go a long way for customer service.

Went on a date night with my boyfriend to the rooftop bar and we had a blast 10/10 recommend! Shout out to Jakourtney at the valet she’s amazing! :) Let’s not forget the bartender! They will get you right without a doubt, it’s safe to say a time was had!
