Very mixed emotions with this stay. Friendly staff, quiet, clean, but worn out. HVAC in my room was not working well (if at all,) but the Internet, TVs, and shower were great. Location is great too. Lots of local places to eat nearby and easy to get to. They are in the process of making some updates so I hope that freshens things up. Plenty of parking too.

I didn’t have but one face towel in my room. The refrigerator was not clean and microwave was dirty. I did enjoy Ruth Chris inside the restaurant the breakfast was nice

We came here on our way to see family over Easter.. picked this hotel specifically so we could swim. When we went to the pool it was closed and when I asked the front desk about when it would open she rolled her eyes and said they are cleaning it and maybe it would open later today. When I asked her what time that would be she rolled her eyes again and said how should she know when the chemicals would settle… why would they add chemicals to a pool just before it opened up on a holiday weekend? Multiple families were waiting to swim with their kids and all the kids went back to their rooms upset. The front desk staff did not care. The hotel in general is fine, don’t count on the pool or any other amenities actually being open or functional though.

The staff was nice, the hotel is nice but is older. It was clean but really needs an update. Welcome drinks and snacks every night and a Ruths Chris in lobby was nice.

The air conditioner did not work in room 529 and temperature reached 85* we had to leave balcony door open to get cool air.
