First our room was not cleaned before hand. We got to the hotel around 9:15PM. The room they we were going to put us in was never cleaned from previous customers. Trash was everywhere the bed had dirty slept in sheets. The next room we didn’t get into until 11/11:30 PM. That room was being cleaned right before we got into the room. We were waiting in the hallway for them to finish cleaning the room and still the room was also dirty with trash everywhere the TV was not working and the shower was leaking. The door to the room had a huge gap at the bottom of the door and you could see into hallways. The staff said it was not a big deal. The manager was not around to speak with so talked to her over the phone and she also said it’s not a big deal that the hotel being dirty is normal. The manager said she would do a full refund and send an email to confirm that and we have not heard from her.

Hotel is in poor condition. No restaurant or bar as advertised. Street noise was terrible. Hard to get a good sleep. Fitness room closed. Outside patio cushions full of mold.

Very clean! Staff was accommodating. Only complaint would be from my wife. After showering this morning, she could not find a hair dryer as advertised on the web site! The attendant at the front desk informed us the rooms did not have hair dryers as they have been stolen. We could come down to desk and get one. I was in the shower and she just got out! Not a good start! Why not enforce the deposit everyone has to make at check in?
