The hotel looks nice enough. The room was not worth the money but I assume the price is for the location.

Marci was excellent. She took great care of us. I asked to take care of my new vehicle, and she did just that. She was timely and courteous. I would recommend her service to anyone. She was not there in the morning; it was someone else. However, we did leave a big tip, and I hope she got it.

Arrived for college graduation weekend… Great location. Room was comfortable and super clean. Loved that there was a fitness area…but the best part was Maria! Maria greeted us when we arrived, gave great directions, answered our questions and assured my husband that she would take care of his large truck. Maria is awesome!!!

Beautiful hotel in a nice location! Downtown is a sight to see at night! Very very nice employees and managers! Marci , the valet driver was very efficient and welcoming! Keep her around, she’s definitely great at what she does! She was very informative, made our stay great

The staff are the best I have ever experienced! The room looked amazing but the dirty floors turned my socks black and the only temperature we could experience was either a freezing 63 degrees or 74degrees.

Hotel itself did the job, I wasn't there all that much, but I thought the staff did a fantastic job. Super nice and helpful! I want to give a shout out to the valet guy Garrett. Loved chatting with him, he was super cool, and gave me great recommendations for things to do in the area. The hotel is lucky to have him! Maybe try to fix the screeching in the elevator though.
