Awesome view of the city from the 7th floor! Wonderfully comfortable bed & pillows, AC worked, rainshower shower head, wonderful restaurants close by & easy walking to the UAB School of Health Professions where my weekend course was. Easy to deal with valet parking at a reasonable rate (shoutout to Marci...you're a doll & thank you for your kindness!). Truly made my Birmingham stay more enjoyable!

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Beds were comfy. Lots of rust spots in bathroom. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in dispensers in shower. Luckily we brought ours. We had two double beds but only two towels. Had to ask for me. Easy fix. Walls are thin. Can hear everything outside your room. Very noisy. I didn’t sleep much due to the road in front of hotel sounding like a drag ***** from midnight to 4 am.

Beautiful old hotel in downtown Birmingham Alabama. Perfect location as far as ability to walk to restaurants and photo worthy sights. The front desk manager Edwena was very nice and helpful as well as her assistant ( who’s name I forgot). The valet Marci greeted me as soon as I drove up and helped me with my luggage. She was very professional and nice. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean.

Marci was excellent. She took great care of us. I asked to take care of my new vehicle, and she did just that. She was timely and courteous. I would recommend her service to anyone. She was not there in the morning; it was someone else. However, we did leave a big tip, and I hope she got it.

Arrived for college graduation weekend… Great location. Room was comfortable and super clean. Loved that there was a fitness area…but the best part was Maria! Maria greeted us when we arrived, gave great directions, answered our questions and assured my husband that she would take care of his large truck. Maria is awesome!!!

Beautiful hotel in a nice location! Downtown is a sight to see at night! Very very nice employees and managers! Marci , the valet driver was very efficient and welcoming! Keep her around, she’s definitely great at what she does! She was very informative, made our stay great
