The Kelly is nice but they seemed too be short staffed. There was a wait for check in & no support when it was busy. They also only stocked the room with 1 towel & one half toilet paper roll. The sheets also smelled a bit musty.

The hotel was very pretty and staff was very nice and friendly . Food was good . It was a bit noisey not their faught a motorcycle kept going up and down the road backfiring not pleasant . Had a great stay really nice view we stay on 10 th floor .

i can only review the check in experience and staff - didn't have opportunity to see a room. Arrived and no room (although booked and paid) - without apology, they said they changed booking to another downtown property (not as nice and twice as expensive) - of course, we had to pay out of pocket, and the hotel said the refund on the booked room will have to be dealt with through *******. really poor service and experience - do not recommend.

Really cool hotel in downtown Birmingham. Has some great restaurants walking distance and amazing bars very close! Was thoroughly impressed with the swanky vibe

This property was absolutely amazing! The decor, the esthetics, the atmosphere were all superb. The ONLY thing I would attempt to make better is the overflow parking. It’s on a one way street and can be kind of tight if you’re driving a truck. Other than that, I will definitely stay again
