雖然他的設施清單裏顯示有吹風機，但實際上沒有。百葉窗一股灰塵味兒。如果沒有住在頂樓則房間樓上的隔音相當糟糕影響睡眠和生活。唯一的好處是離伯明翰大學比較近。

This is a complete sham never had an experience like this.
Bed sheets dirty and had not changed after the previous user.
There was no running hot water.
Called the property managers but no response.
I have asked for a refund.
