Was awful from the start. Got a message so say there was a flood so some of us had been moved 20 mins away. This wasn’t acceptable and caused such stress when trying ti travel down, when we were staying as a group of friends. They did manage ti change our rooms but meant 2 slept on a sofa and a fold up bed. We paid for 10 capacity was given 6 plus the sofa ( not sofa bed. Sofa!!!!). Tempe Apartments are far from Luxury. Dirty. Tatty. Small. Cupboards filled with rubbish yet we have to take our own rubbish out ti get the deposit back. The location was changed which affected all we had booked and the road is so loud. Was quieter on a New York Main Street. Horns going. The apartment block smells of **** constantly yet is no smoking. Overall poor. Appliances don’t work old toiletries left.

Took £200 security deposit still waiting for safe return Card provider said they haven’t cancelled the transaction 14 days later still waiting for refund Beware your card details are all get on printed recipt leaving you open to card fraud
