The front desk officer was so nice. Need to enter the password for the entrance and car park during the night time. Valuable and excellent ocation for drivers.

Nice plac to have short stay. I requested to change room due to some bad smell but the reception is very fast and helpful.

Booked this hotel as stopover on way home from Birmingham airport.
Its quite an old hotel and could do with updating.
However room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful ( we arrived at 1.30am after flight was delayed)
Breakfast was good with lots of choice
