The hotel's location isn't great. You have to go through a park, and it's quite out of the way, so it's best to take an Uber. However, the environment is decent, and it's a chain hotel, so it's pretty well-managed. The bed is quite comfortable, and the cleanliness is good.
The overall space is a bit small. Luggage storage is very insecure; it's just a pile in a storage room with no labels and no one watching over it. The air conditioning in the room blows directly onto your head, which is a bit uncomfortable, and there's no outlet next to the bed for charging. Overall, besides being clean and tidy, everything else is just so-so. I booked it to save some money, but now I think I should have just booked a place near New Street Station.
Birmingham, though, is a nice city. It's not too expensive, and there are plenty of places to explore.

Good location for visiting NEC, but far to go Birmingham city centre.
Good for parking, take your discount code from reception. You have to pay for your parking at the beginning of your stay. Pay machine is in entrance hall.
Heating/air conditioning on the wall in room was noisy.
Breakfast was very basic.
Room has iron and ironing board.
Staff pleasant and helpful.
Property overall and room was clean.

Arrived after a late flight. Watm welcome and efficient, was sble to get to the toom quickly snd get some overdue rest.
Late breakfast but everything still neing fully stocked. Wide sekection of hot snd cold food.
Would have welcomed a later check out, nit no big issue.
The property was well maintained and the stsff courteous. Fantastic price for a kast minute booking

Just stayed at this hotel and I’m so glad I picked it! The room was surprisingly roomy — plenty of space to stretch out — and it was spotlessly clean from the bedding to the bathroom. Plus, the breakfast was such a nice touch, with fresh options that made every morning feel great. Would 100% recommend!

Biggest mistake ever -I got sick before traveling and asked if they would make and exception for me to cancel but they absolutely cold heartedly refused me-anyways this place is in the middle of ABSOLUTELY nowhere / nothing going on/ could barely almost find any place to deliver food to me/ the answer to any question that I asked and I mean ANY question was ALWAYS NO- they could not even tell me how to get directions to the bus stop, and then gave me absolutely wrong directions for which I had to pay for an uber to get me back- this is not a criticism of the staff im just sharing what happened but on a positive note Naz and the ladies and Sue (breakfast chef!!) were absolutely angels and made my stay comfor table! But honestly the location of this place is like ‘night of the living dead’ absolutely NOTHING going on and the deliveroo drivers etc WILL NOT DELIVER to you…. I WILL never go back to Birmingham most boring and crime infested city in the UK plus what the hell accent is that (can they please speak English because they all sound like ozzy ozborn) lol jk
But serious appreciation for the front end ladies and especially Sue in kitchen (she is an absolute sweetheart!!🥰) so mixed bittersweet review
