Booked family rooms - 1 bed and sofa bed .. not all rooms were suitable.
Got changed to twins without hesitation.
TV limited due to no volume.
Good breakfast and free hot drinks in reception.
Bathroom facilities good - hot water 👍

All staff awesome, location for utility arena brilliant just 5 minutes walk and very easy. Good selection for breakfast. Free hot drinks. My only complaint (which I didn't report) was my room smelt very fusty, not pleasant, but as I wasn't going to be in it long, didn't mention it. Other than that, room clean.

Location is great, few minutes walk into the center and to arena. Nice room but sofa bed wasn't comfy so my son struggled to sleep. Breakfast was nice and good for the money

Very disappointed when we arrived at 14.30 on Friday to be told it would cost us £10 if we wanted to checkin before 15.00. Even though I had joined the Ibis membership scheme ALL.com on Tuesday and my mate who was sharing the twin room has been a member for over 3 years. The reception was a real “job’s worth” and said as the booking was in my name this didn’t count and insisted on trying to charge us £10 to boo in 30 minutes early. Even though when I signed up to the scheme in Bristol on Tuesday we were allowed to book in at 1 o’clock 🤷🏽♂️ Other than that, it was OK, not great

Reserved for three people, yet only one double bed was provided without an extra bed set up, and no additional towels were available. The room has an unusual odor. Despite this, the staff demonstrated kindness and hospitality.
