房間蠻安靜 住在負一層所以沒有窗户 但是我僅僅衹是住一晚睡覺 不影響我。床鋪和衞生間都很乾凈還有門簾 床比較軟 房間內就有廁所和浴室很方便 房間內還有全身鏡和梳粧台 前台有免費的檸檬水喝 非常新鮮！衹是我的床頭燈壞了沒有維修 一晚上吱吱響非常影響我的睡眠 告訴了他們希望能馬上修好。

Overall, quite good. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and patient. Room is okay, but the mattress is a bit soft.

Tricky to find your way to this place and at night the location is very isolated didn't feel safe to walk from the Bullring.
There was a water problem and I feel it should have been communicated this at check-in however was compensated for water issue and thankful.
I stayed in an ensuit and I know it's a hostel however there should at least be a kettle in the room just you get towels for this just my observation.
Overall it was a pleasant stay as I would imagine they don't have water issues always.

Birmingham Hostel: Unbeatable Value!
Beds are clean and tidy, common areas are functional, and basic amenities are all covered. The location is super convenient—close to transport links and shopping areas, making getting around a breeze. Staff are friendly and respond quickly to queries. Great value for money, a top pick for backpackers. Will definitely stay again!

On the day we stayed there, two men started arguing and shouting in the corridor and the police came. We couldn’t sleep well. The area is not safe at all. Also, the hostel doesn’t provide towels and you have to pay extra to borrow it.

Staff are friendly. Check in is very smooth. The beds are clean and rooms warm and spacious enough. The shower and toilet in room 15 was still out of use which should be addressed by now.
