The location was completely noisy, I did not realize that it was located on the property of a pub, drunk, fighting all night long, I could not reach anybody to help me get onto Wi-Fi, the room was cold, drafty, noisy, even the coffee was lousy… I would definitely definitely not recommend, plus nobody’s ever available to answer your phone call or answer any questions if you need a live person

Great location and a great place to stay, handy enough to get to and from. I wanted to get a bottle of water late at night, I wish this would be available from reception

Located close to Cadbury world and shops, we asked for a quiet room but was given a very noisy room with people creeping the floorboards above us walking up the stairs behind our beds and noisy hand dryers from the public toilets behind the bed. Which meant we had a very broken nights sleep even with ear plugs in.

Heating was not sufficient to heat the room. I was freezing until I left the room. Hot water was also okay.
