房間設施比較傳統，陽台視野風景很好，可以看到橋，早餐不錯，有熱食。缺點是床不舒服，地板有灰，清潔不到位。

Ein Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Baden. Sehr saubere Zimmer und Gastfreundlich. Unkomplizierter Check-In Automat Leider sind die Essenspreise ziemlich hoch , entschädigt wird dies aber mit einer genialen Aussicht vom 13. Stock in die Altstadt. Zummerpreis ist top. Bin ich wieder einmal in Baden wird die Linde wieder berücksichtigt

Das Hotel scheint ca 1978 stehengeblieben zu sein, man spürt, dass in den Mauern mal emsiges Leben steckte. - Raucherduft im ganzen Haus - Frühstück im Rauchercafé - dürftiges Frühstück (Weissbrot, Gipfeli, Butter, Konfi, Nutella, Honig & Industriekäse /-schinken, Kaffee, Orangensaft. Kein Buffet - wir haben das Gefühl zu stören - unmöblierter Balkon - kein Duschgel / Shampoo - leere Minibar - unhygienisches Zimmer + Zimmer bereits um 15:30 Uhr bezugsbereit + nette Kellnerin + zentrale Lage + tolle Aussicht + abschliessbarer Raum für Velos Die Sauberkeit ist dürftig. Klebriger Boden im Bad, schmierige Spiegel, kalkiges WC & Duschbrause, mehrere sichtbare Spinnennetze (ohne sich zu bücken), staubige Sessel, Haare auf dem Kissen. Die Sauna muss vorgängig reserviert werden, da es sich um eine private Sauna handelt. Wir konnten sie nicht nutzen. Darauf hatten wir uns sehr gefreut, da wir auf einer Veloreise sind. Kurz: Wir finden das Haus sehr interessant und es liesse sich Einiges herausholen, würde man das Hotel modernisieren und das Management neu aufziehen. Grundsätzlich fehlt es an nichts um ein hervorragendes Hotel daraus zu machen.

Das Hotel ist alt, meiner Meinung nach erfüllt es die Anforderungen an ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht. Die Übernachtung in unserem Zimmer war denn auch der Horror. Keine Klima-Anlage, aber es war auch keine Option, die Fenster zu öffnen, die alle auf die Hauptstrasse zeigen. Check-In sehr unpersönlich via Automat, als wir auschecken wollten, kam die Auskunft, wir sollen warten, irgendwann käme dann jemand, der das könne. Was positiv zu erwähnen ist: Die Zimmer waren sauber, frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche (mit Löchern drin) waren vorhanden. Minibar leider - bis auf zwei kleine Fläschchen Mineral - leer.

Typical swiss. No fuss. Right stuff at right place. Right for the money. Next to public transport. You cannot get a better hotel in baden. The breakfast is not gourmet, but it's healthy and plenty. It's still an old hotel meant for business and serves it's purpose well.

No reception, no english speaker to customer service phone, breakfast and cleaning room definitely not in line with 4 stars hotel.
