L'hôtel est situé entre le grand lac et la plage et en lisière de forêt. Il est très propre et confortable.L'accueil y est excellent et le personnel est très attentionné. Lorsqu'il fait beau, c'est très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la forêt. Le parking est bien pratique.

Superbe hôtel entre forêt et mer. L’accueil a été très chaleureux, le personnel est très serviable, à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Merci beaucoup pour votre bonne humeur ! Les chambres disposent d’une télévision et la literie est tres bonne, le ménage est fait tous les matins, c’est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon, merci Marion pour ton sourire qui nous accueille tous les matins. Nous reviendrons !

We had a very pleasant stay here after a short drive from Bordeaux. The room was quite big enough and the beds were comfy. It was out of season so the restaurant was closed but the reception booked us into a local restaurant in Biscarrosse Plage which was excellent. In season it could possibly get a little noisy but our stay was lovely in November. Breakfast was excellent.

Réservation de 7 jours en chambre simple : hotel correcte et propre mais les chambres sont de petite taille et mal insonorisée (besoin de bouchon d'oreille pour dormir car toutes les portes des chambres ont des grooms donc claquent à chaque fermetures et les murs sont assez fin pour entendre les voisins pourtant discret. L’équipement est ancien, TV avec juste les chaines TNT et C+ seulement et pas de chaines bouquet Syfy, paris première, AB1, OCS et en plus la connexion WIFI est pourri alors que l'antenne était juste à coté dans le couloir débit à peine 5 Mo/s au mieux ! Sinon l’hôtel est bien placé entre plage et lacs et le personnel est gentil. J'ai connu bien mieux en hôtel donc pour moi ce n'est pas un 3 étoiles, à peine 2 étoiles.

Bien situé au calme à l'extérieure de Bisca plage, dans une pinède. Accueil sympathique, chambres, piscine, aménagements exterieurs parfaits. Restaurant attenant indépendant, très bien et à recommander.
