The hotel was in a good location very close to my workplace. The breakfast was limited, and there was no coffee in the room. However, tea was available. The hotel arranged a airport pick up for USD 20. A bit expensive.

Good location in city center, and easy to travel to places around

The hotel is in a very central location of Bishkek. Nearby are banks, museums, shops, cafes and restaurants serving different cuisines from around the world. Sometimes there are problems with electricity and warm water. The Internet is generally good, but there are some interruptions for some reason. It's clean and they give you two bottles of water every day. Nice!

Ctrip shows that it is 4 stars, and there is a sign at the front desk of the hotel that shows that it is 4.5 stars. The actual situation has nothing to do with 4 stars. Similar to domestic budget hotels, they are not as good as high-quality budget hotels. There is no socket at the head of the bed, and charging can only be placed very far away, which is very inconvenient. Hotel towels are not clean enough. These are all hardware issues. The most terrible thing is the speed of work! Check in took 2 hours! ! ! Also make frequent mistakes! I forgot something in the hotel, Ctrip helped me find the hotel, but the hotel said I didn’t see it. I found the person who was connected with the local government, and the hotel gave the things to me. Bad experience. Will not stay a second time. By the way, the hotel's breakfast is also very average.

I stayed at this hotel at two separate occasions in May, 2024. The impression was very much the same: good size rooms, clean, and equipped with a fridge and safe. However, the first time the safe was locked in an open position. The receptionist seemed to think that this was not cause for immediate action, but it was eventually fixed. The second time, the room key did not work, nor its replacement. Finally, I got a traditional key to the manual lock. There was only one elevator, which caused backup. WiFi was poor in the room. The breakfast buffet provided a limited choice. The location is good for access to the center of town.

central area with nice restaurant and clubs across the street. No light in the hallway and I thing they recycle the days before french toast so it was rubbery. Staff barged into my room at 830 pm while I was sleeping. they have keys to all the room so I feel one hast to be safe with valuable. good for the price. I am sure if I got sick at the hotel or before i went there but i was miserable

This is the worst place. I stayed in a suite on the 9th floor. 1. The automatic front door to the room was broken, and when I told them it was broken, they gave me a steel key. 2. There is a very strong smell from the bathroom drain throughout the room. 3. The door from the living room to the bedroom locked itself and I was locked in the bedroom for an hour. I notified the hotel that I was moving. An employee came and checked the problem, then removed the door key and left without saying sorry. 4. The front desk staff does not speak English well. I couldn't communicate. I will never use this place again. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
