The hotel was wonderful and the staff made their best effort to give us the most enriched experience of Kyrgyzstan and Bishkek. 10/10 would recommend, 10/10 will stay again.

This is not even a 3 start place. Terrible hotel with poor standards. I was staying at the hotels for three days and they didn’t even change towels. I asked to do it but the hotel management ignored my request. Breakfast with cold eggs, instant made coffee and spoiled food. No mini bar or coffee maker in the room

Stayed in this hotel in December for a day. It's located in upper part if Bishkek, so no smoke is around and you can open windows wide open to enjoy fresh air. Super! Room was clean with all hygienic supplements, very friendly staff and nice food. Strongly recommend.

Мыкты мейманкан деп айта албайм. Биз кечээ куну бир кун мурунтан бир болмо броньдоп коюп бугун саат 15:40 та бардык. Бизди ана даяр болот мына даяр болот болмонор деп куттуруп жатып, саат 16:45те да болмого ала алган жок. Отелге кириш сааты 14:00 чыгыш сааты 12:00 го, азыр саат 16:45 болду десек, болмо даяр болбосо эмне кылалык деп жооп беришти. Тейлоо кызматы, иш алпарган кадрлары эн томон денгээлде… эч кимге эч качан сунуштабайм

Я не знаю кто в Кыргызстане решает со звездностью отеля, ну это точно на 5*, и даже не 4*. Номер настолько убогий, старый. И мне на ресепшене говорят о том, что у них каждый год ренновация? Мы не успели заехать в отель, как во всем отеле выключили свет. Смешно.

Номер бронировали еще в июне, но перед въездом гостей ни кто из персонала не проверяет гоовность номера к заселению. В номере стояла посуда после завтрака предыдущего гостя. После получения ключа и заселения в номер телевизор автоматически не включается. Надо опять идти на ресепшн (потому что трубку телефона ни кто не поднимает) и просить что бы прислаи мастера который подключит телевизор. Но интернет такой слабый, что телеизображение зависает каждые 10-15 минут. Ну а если что то случится с душем или унитазом, то вообще капец. Самому пришлось вытерать залитый пол полотенцами, потому что администратор выслушил меня и ни кого не прислал. Мы жил в 323 номере и в 36 градусную жару хотели найти в номере холодильник охлодить напитки. Но в описании сейф и холодильник в номере числится но его нету. Слово Жаннат переводитсь как Рай, но персонал и администрация похоже этого не знают.
