Anyone with basic requirements for accommodations should avoid these. 1. The door lock wouldn't lock... especially for women, so be careful. 2. The sheets were dirty, and even after changing them twice, they weren't clean, so I didn't sleep all night. I got off the plane and rushed here around midnight. The door lock didn't work, but the front desk said it was okay. I was so tired and was just about to pack up and rest, but when I lifted the covers, I saw the sheets were stained everywhere. I called the front desk and asked for a change of sheets. They arrived after a ten-minute wait; they replaced them ten minutes later, then removed them. I asked and they said the new sheets were also stained. I went back for another set, which was changed ten minutes later, and left. After packing up and about to rest, I noticed the sheets on the side where I hadn't lifted the covers were still stained. I was petrified and sat on the chair all night. 3. Regarding the issue of negotiating a cancellation: I really don't have the time, energy, or interest to go out of my way to make things difficult for anyone, but the platform's customer service only allows us to negotiate by phone or email. We spent our money on the platform, but the platform can't directly resolve the issue. Finally, after a lengthy negotiation, a somewhat forceful refusal, and a night and morning of waiting, a senior representative contacted the hotel to cancel the reservation. The conclusion was acceptable, but the service was unsatisfactory. Similar cancellations due to hotel issues have occurred twice before (I've noticed that the ratings and problem descriptions of hotels with obvious problems on Ctrip's platform don't reflect the user's financial losses, helping them understand the situation. I'm sure there will be more dissatisfied customers). Money was simply thrown into the water without a sound. Previously, transportation, accommodation, and ticket issues were largely handled by Ctrip, but the platform's sense of responsibility shouldn't be solely focused on profit; it should also consider the user experience and replace the current clichéd "soothing" with problem-solving. Conversing about check-out refunds and trying to find a new hotel with two large suitcases disrupted my travel plans (Ctrip ultimately booked a different hotel for the canceled dates, as I couldn't find a place to stay at the moment, and I'll avoid that later). It was a serious blow to my mood. P.S.: The last photo shows a scratched wardrobe door. This isn't the hotel's fault. It was my own carelessness. It was a bad end to a bad experience. Avoid it.
