The room was great, front desk help was great. Only downfall and maybe it was just our room we didnt have a guide. The remote on the TV guide button didnt work and you know how most hotels have a papper guide and little book with restaurants near by, we had nothing like that. My husband and I like to order room service and its nice to browse through those books. So thats basically the only thing we could find wrong. Otherwise it was a great short stay.

I always enjoy staying at Hampton Inns. From the decor to the comfy beds, it’s always a wise choice. The bedding and pillows are so comfy, the bath towels aren’t hand towel size, the shower head had amazing pressure and the room was spacious. Staff was super friendly and I absolutely love how I actually got my room cleaned without having to ask and without being told, “we don’t have the staff”. Thank you for the relaxing stay!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the room and overall hotel in comparison to other hotels in the area. I was also pleasantly surprised by the peloton in the fitness room and the range of options for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff at checkin were very friendly. Unfortunately both my children were hit with stomach flu that night but the overnight staff were so helpful and accomodating by supplying us with extra items. The morning attendant let us have an extra hour for checkout so I could get everyone sistuated for the drive home. I felt terrible that it happened and forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning persons! I just want people to know how much I appreciate the staff and we will definately stay again in in Bismarck. The only negative was loud music coming from outside at 6 AM and it continuted for 4 hours.

This is the nicest hotel I have stayed in on all my business trips to Bismarck. Super clean, super nice guest services. The workout gym was a very nice size with 4 pretty good machines as well as free weights. You can walk to a few restaurants in the area. I actually checked out of a nearby hotel to check into this one and am very happy I did
