This place is always clean and tidy. It is in a great central location in Bismarck. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. We will continue to stay here monthly as we do work in Bismarck.

This was not a good experience. When we checked in the woman informed us that even though we reserved a king for 2 nights, somebody forgot to make those changes in their system so they only had us for 1 night. They made us check into an inferior room (and charged the same rate) then check out and re-check into a different room the next day. To top it off, we have to take all our stuff out to our car and bring it all back in so that they can clean the room we didn’t want in the first place. Instead of offering anything as compensation for our inconvenience, they were rude about it, like they were doing us a favor. The hotel is run down. The room is very dirty. And the sheets are so used, they are literally see through. There are drawing stains on the bed comforter. The bathroom had hair all over it and it’s quite clear the toilet was not cleaned
