When checking in the lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly like I was inconveniencing her. I got to our room we didn’t have a microwave or fridge which was kind of an inconvenience. I went down to the front desk and had them warm up my soup as I needed to eat before surgery. Went to take a shower had only one wash cloth. We looked all over the cabinet and found 3 dirty ones in the back corner of the stand on the floor, my husband ended up using a hand towel. Checking out in the morning lady checking me out got pissed that I needed a receipt. Was not impressed.

It was close to the hospital where I had my surgery quite clean & overall just what we were looking for

The king bed in the executive suite was a rock, so we couldn't sleep. My husband tried to use the sofa bed, but there were no sheets or blankets for it. There were no wash rags either. The rooms are outdated. The staff were friendly but said they couldn't discount the room because I got the room through *******. Bad experience.
