We have stayed her a couple times now while doing business in the area. We have had no issues with the service, booking, or cleanliness of the hotel. It is also centralized so it is easy access to the interstate and surrounding areas. Plus, the price is right. We recommend this place to others.

Terrible experience from the minute we walked in. After we checked in & got our keys, we were told that the outside door we were to enter had "an attitude". Works 50% of the time. Needless to say, it didn't work once during our two day stay. Carpet in the hallways & rooms were stained. Rooms smelled musty. Bath tub didn't drain during shower with no hot water. None of the vending machines with drinks were operating. All the front desk personnel we encountered were extremely rude. Acted as if we were wasting their time. Don't waste your time staying here.

Our stay was very welcoming and comfortable. The receptionists were very pleasant and made my family and I feel very welcome and safe. The breakfast is always amazing!!!! We will definitely be returning for more vacations.

OLDER BUILDING. BATHROOM COULD USE SOME UPDATES. WAS A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP FOR A GOOD PRICE. PET FRIENDLY. THE ROCK-CLIMBING WALL IN THE POOL WAS A NICE ADDED FEATURE. AND THE HOT TUB WAS FABULOUS. NICE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

The first room I was in had a heater that was obnoxiously loud. I did eventually move into a different room where the heater worked properly. While the hotel was adequate for my overnight needs, it was certainly more outdated that it appears in pictures.

I visited the Ramada for a conference and am so impressed by the awesome staff. Nora and Margie took care of our lunch- they are very kind and hospitable. Kudos to Cory and Angel for the delicious taco bar! Thank you for hosting this event and taking such good care of us!

The meal was delicious and the servers did an awesome job. Doreen, Nora, Teddi and the rest of them were hustling to get the food out in a timely manner. They were courteous and efficient. 5 stars. The bathrooms near the event room were not good. The men's had water on the floor. In the women's bathroom 2 of the 3 sinks had no hot water. 1 star for that.

unclean, the hotel should be remodeled. Maybe you are short of employees like a lot of places? Carpet looked like a dead person was dragged on the floor in the hallway
