Das am Rand der Bitburger Innenstadt gelegene Hotel bietet alles, was für die eine oder andere Übernachtung erwartet werden kann: Saubere, zweckmäßig ausgestattete Zimmer (allerdings ohne Aufzug) und ein völlig ausreichendes Frühstück mit auf Wunsch frisch zubereiteten Eier-Speisen sowie einer überaus freundliche Bedienung, und dies alles zu vernünftigem Preis. Parkplätze stehen im Innenhof kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Sorry to say but this hotel is really in need of an update. Horrible strong smell in the room, bedding tired and dirty, with a strange smell as well. Bathroom dated and shower changes from scorching hot to cold constantly. Breakfast basic at best. Location is good, quite central, but not worth it.

Small hotel near the city center of Bitburg. Easy access to the free of charge hotel parking behind the hotel. Check-In was flawless and took less than 1 minute. A good thing is that I could choose the night before what I would like to have for breakfast. The breakfast served the next morning was excellent including freshly made scrambled eggs, cheese and fresh fruits. In case you need an evening dinner: No worries as there are lots of restaurants at walking distance from the hotel.
Unfortunately the WiFi was not so good. On Friday evening, the connection was interrrupted too many times. On Saturday morning, the connection was better.

Very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Room was large. Staff very friendly. Central location within walking distance from the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and pubs. Free parking. Nice breakfast with freshly made coffee and eggs after your choice.

Hatte sehr ruhiges Zimmer im Nebengbäude im ersten Stock, über eine Aussentreppe aus Stahl zu erreichen.
Im Badezimmer ist ein kleiner Keramikheizlüfter mit Zeitschaltuhr vorhanden, mit dem das Badezimmer schnell warm wurde. Leider kein Duschvorleger, aber Handtuch ging auch.
WLAN Empfang so la la.
Personal sehr freundlich, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Prima locatie middenin Bitburg. Veilige parkeerplaats op binnenplein. Uitstekend ontbijt en op 2 minuten loopafstand van diverse restaurants voor het diner. Zeer gastvrije bediening.
Kamers en badkamers zijn schoon en comfortabel.

Overpriced, simple hotel. The room was very simple and clean, but smelled of old rags even though the windows were open when we arrived and throughout our stay.
However, our big disappoin**ent was that the wifi did not work. When we pointed this out, the answer was that it often did not in our room. Understood that you had to accept it if you booked via **********/*******.
Good breakfast, with nice and service-friendly breakfast hostess.
