Manager Murat is amazing - kind, helpful, warm. The grounds are beautiful, and it's less than 50 steps to the beach.

Fabulous little hotel, our room had sunbeds right outside which was very handy. The Front door looked more like a private home and the back entrance goes right to the beach. Breakfast was Turkish, with the options of eggs cooked how you would like them. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. Nothing was any trouble for the staff, always very happy and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We were a party of 11, 4 couples and 1 single who stayed at this absolute gem of a hotel for 3/4 nights before and after a Gulet Cruise. This hotel is beautiful with everything one could need as a home from home. The bedrooms are all unique, have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. They are very clean and well looked after. Some have kitchenettes, others fridges and seated areas. Most of the rooms have an outside area where guests can sit, escape the sun or enjoy a drink. Breakfast is fresh Turkish products, all served at a lovely outdoor area close to the pool. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff who honestly can't do enough to make your time here as special as they possibly can. We were all welcomed with open arms, as if we were long lost friends. They were prepared to try and meet all our requests including restaurant reservations, currency exchange, advice re local points of interest and booking long distance taxi's at short notice. The beach, sea, many restaurants and bars, shops and harbour of Bitez are just steps away from this beautiful courtyard hotel enjoying an immaculate pool and gardens but it remains a peaceful haven with uninterrupted calm and quiet. Thank you to each and everyone one of the SAH team for helping us all to have a truly exceptional stay! You are all fantastic and such a great team!

Nice and clean rooms, very spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We stayed at this hotel before and after a gulet trip. The hotel is just what we were looking for. We had ten people in our party (six adults and four children) in three rooms. The location and seclusion of the pool/courtyard area was perfect. You are close to many restaurants, shops and, of course, the beach, but the pool area feels very private. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful and even stored some extra luggage for us while we were aboard the gulet for a week. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel behind the restaurant’s and beach, great staff, lovely clean rooms, very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for couples who want a relaxing time.

Fabulous small family run hotel . Basic Turkish breakfast , really clean rooms . Lovely pool and location right on the beach. Would definitely return . Highly recommend if you want to get away from all inclusive type of hotel .
