We have been coming to ambrosia for 13 years and over this time we’ve seen some changes and this year was much better hotel seems to get better every year the only thing we didn’t like was the same breakfast everyday for 2 weeks which was Turkish breakfast, it’s lovely but not for us everyday, but we just went somewhere else for something different. I want to give a shout out to the staff on the front Ahmet Alalp and Genghis but also a lovely lad that made our beach day lovely by doing the simple thing like bring ice to keep our drinks cold (sorry can’t remember your name) and to a gorgeous young lady that started the same day we arrived she didn’t stop running around keeping everything tidy. Hope to see you all again soon. Also thank you to Sedef (Customer relations) for taking our views as guests on board. Thank you everyone. Sarah & Andy xx

Very different from the images advertised. Not the luxury suites I expected. Arrived late ar night, grounds very dark, dangerous for those with mobility issues. Management unfriendly, no atmosphere. Staff don't speak hardly any English! Very limited utensils for an appointment. No dish cloths, bottle opener, cloths etc. Towels poor quality in bathrooms. Breakfast was sp**** ( poor choice) no fruit laid out. Restaurant is expensive for what you get, and food is not good! Staff get orders wrong.... Bitez itself is dirty, and smells of sewage. Bins over-flowing and smell so bad. Roads and paths are a disgrace. 15/20 minutes in a taxi into Bodrum. No mini-market or anything near to the Dorman Suites. We asked to keep our room on until 6pm. They wanted €70!! The only positive thing was that the place was immaculate. Always cleaning the pool and garden areas. We were asked to leave the pool around 6ish as it closes!!! Definitely, not luxury accommodation. Would never return.

The overall hotel environment and conditions are pretty good, but I lost a pair of Bluetooth headphones in the room. Because it automatically connects to the phone, I found that the Bluetooth headphones lost connection in the hotel room that night. Strangely, it was automatically connected the next morning. When I opened the door, a waiter happened to pass by... I told her about this and hoped that she would find it and give it to me. I still didn't find the headphones until I checked out.

I have stayed in dozens of domestic and foreign hotels and I have never encountered such a disgraceful business and operator. Don't be fooled by the good comments received thanks to its operators in previous years, it is in a very bad condition right now. The public areas of the hotel are covered in dust and filth, dead bugs on the stairs. When you enter the room they give as a cleaned room, a thick smell of dirty wet cloth welcomes you, the bottom of the bed in the room may not have been swept for at least 1 year. The carpet around the bed has turned gray from dust and filth. Sparkling water in the bathroom. Air conditioner hasn't been cleaned in years. Even a light tap on the sofa raises a cloud of dust. You can't see yourself in the mirror because of the mess. Just like abandoned houses in horror movies, my allergy attack started within 5 minutes of entering the room. I do not even go into the details of the arrogance of the operator and the fact that he gave us a hotel management lesson with his scarce knowledge! We left the room within a few hours at the expense of burning the money we paid in advance for 2 days. When we asked for a refund of our money for at least 1 day, disrespectful speeches and threats were added to the arrogance. Totally REASONABLE!

The hotel is really worth its 3 stars, an ideal location 3 minutes from the beach, there is a minibus that walks just aside to go directly to the centre of Bodrum and is 35 minutes by taxi to the airport. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, very warm. The view of the room on the pool, the outdoor transactions, jacuzzi, the hotel restaurant was very good, the dream breakfast was excellent .... The manager and staff were very kind and comfortable , you feel really good and they are still in the small care . I really recommend a place that I will return without hesitation.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt reply.
