La camera non è stata trovata molto pulita, soprattutto parecchia polvere in giro. I letti non erano molto nuov.i il personale era molto cordiale e professionalmente molto preparato. Più che 4 stelle, lo catalogherei come un buon tre stelle.

The hotel is too old. The room was smelling cigarette.
The shower is old with little water.
The elevator quite small and also old.
The swimming pool was full with water green color different than the pictures you see in the booking site.
The hotel is located very close to the road, the windows are not well isolated, therefore you can hear the noise of the road.
The worst is the dangerous to way out the hotel by car because there is no scape before you get the road.

Non trovando disponibilità di Hotels nella città Bari nel periodo selezionato (18/19 settembre), tramite *******, abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale in questa struttura classificata 4 stelle. Si tratta di una costruzione verosimilmente datata anni 70/80, tutta da rifare e/o ristrutturare. Frigobar vuoto e, nella nostra camera, anche guasto (si accendeva regolarmente la luce ma non raffreddava): abbiamo dovuto lasciare alcune medicine da frigo in reception. Mobilia e vari suppellettili tutti da ristrutturare, come anche diversi infissi esterni e molte porte interne. Una TV in camera di mini dimensioni; nel bagno il minimo indispensabile. Anche a colazione lo stretto necessario, ma purtroppo di mediocre qualità. Da segnalare l'area parcheggio gratuita e la disponibilità/cordialità del personale che ci ha accolto alla reception. Un'altra lancia spezzata in favore è stato il prezzo pagato: per fortuna NON abbiamo pagato quanto normalmente si dovrebbe pagare in un Hotel 4 stelle dotato di tutti i comfort previsti dalla relativa categoria. Allo stato attuale assegnare DUE STELLE è come regalare la promozione ad un alunno che per l'intero anno scolastico ha avuto la media del cinque!

Davvero una pessima esperienza. Alla prenotazione richieste due camere vicine, ma all'arrivo non è stato così. Struttura decisamente trasandata, camera con biancheria sporca, polvere e vistose macchie sulla moquette. Necessiterebbe di una pulizia profonda e una manutenzione che pare assente da molto molto tempo. Piscina non agibile, praticamente uno stagno. Le tariffe però sono quelle della categoria. Non fatevi ingannare dalle immagini sul sito, ciò che troverete ne è molto distante.

Decepcionante es la palabra que resume la reseña. Si estás mirando este hotel táchalo de tu lista. El trato del personal pésimo, las chicas de la recepción muy mal educadas, soberbias y no hablan idiomas o no quisieron hablarlos con nosotros. Nosotros reservamos este hotel porque salían publicitadas las imágenes de la piscina, además de salir como un servicio más del hotel, y cual fue nuestra sorpresa que al llegar comprobamos que la piscina hacia años que estaba cerrada al público, que no a los animales molestos en las noches de verano. Moqueta de 40 años, ducha del mismo año, con cuatro hilillos de agua de temperatura "a saltos". Todas las instalaciones muy viejas. La piscina cerrada y con el agua verde. El desayuno muy poca variedad. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia además de no saber hacer ni las camas. Y PARA MUESTRA UN BOTÓN...MIRAR LAS FOTOS QUE ADJUNTMOS.

Este hotel, que aparentemente ha visto tiempos mejores, presenta algunas ventajas e inconvenientes. El personal es muy amable y atento, hecho que hace la estancia más agradable. Las habitaciones son limpias y grandes, pero la cama es demasiado baja para mi gusto. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, cosa que dificultaba el descanso. La piscina estaba cerrada (según parece no abrirá en todo el 2024) y la zona exterior parecía descuidada por falta de mantenimiento, un aspecto que desmerece la experiencia general. Es un hotel de carretera situado a unos 8 km de Bari, pero es un poco complicado de encontrar porque solo se puede acceder en una dirección. El almuerzo es correcto, sin ser espectacular. Las instalaciones muestran signos de que han vivido tiempos mejores y necesitan una actualización urgente. Aun así, el hotel es ideal para evitar el bullicio de Bari y descansar un poco fuera de la ciudad. Con un poco de mantenimiento, podría mejorar mucho la experiencia de los huéspedes.
