Pension Skylark

I made a reservation on sunday evening around 7pm. I showed up at 7.30 but the building was closed. I called their number twice, waited 15 minutes but nothung happened. At this point i was still ok, its sunday evening, perhaps they closed early. Next day i have revieced an ameil about "no show" reservation. I called them againt (finally answered the phone) and explained the situation. What came next is out of this world. The receptionist called me a liar saying that I must have showed up after 9pm, therefore i didnt make the check in time. Refused to refund me and essentially called me a liar. Really professional approach. V nedeli vecer jsem si udelal rezervaci na posledni chvili pres booking. Penzion tvrdi ze ma check in do 21.00. V 19.30 jsme se dostavili k ubytovani ktere bylo zamcene. Dvakrat jsme do zarizeni telefonovali ale nikdo nezvedal telefon. Po 15 minutach cekani jsme se rozhodli pro jine ubytovani a odjeli. Pro tohle bych mel pochopeni, byla nedele vecer a uz asi necekali dalsi hosty. Co me ale zarazilo je ze druhy den mi prisel email o tom ze jsem "no show" zakaznik a tudiz moje zruseni rezervace a naslednou refundaci neakceptuji. Kdyz jsem to resil telefonicky se slecnou recepcni tak mi tvrdila ze lzu, ze neprijaty hovor nemela a ze jsem urcite nestihnul check in do 21.00 a proto ze mi penize nerefunduji. Pravidelne cestuji pracovne po cele evrope, ale takhle neprofesionalni pristup jsem jeste nezazil...naprosto otresne...
