Living in Indonesia during this time of the pandemic means that we are often the only guests in dive resorts, and this was true at Cocotinos too. So we certainly had personalized service - and it was excellent. Staff are very helpful, kind. Downside: the restaurant offers a very limited menu, understandably because of lack of guests at the moment, and even within it there are often dishes unavailable. Rooms are spotless, bathroom too, and shampoo/soaps of higher quality, not the chemical crap that some hotels buy to cut costs. A mini-fridge and safe are in each room. Book online via Agoda, ***********, or Tripadvisor for best rates, which include breakfast, which should be in the Rp 555,000 - 750,000 range for a ”standard” room (one without a balcony). Cocotinos will arrange airport transfer for a reasonable price - it's 90 minutes to/from the airport, with a fairly hefty toll charge. They will also arrange a visit to Tangkoko to see tarsiers and black macaques, not Sulawesi endemic species. For those who might fly with the requirement of a PCR test, you will have to go to Manado for this - RS Hermina is probably the best option, arrive before 08:00 to queue for the test (Rp. 900,000), results the following day - and they will email them so that you don't again have to make the trip to Manado.

I stay in this hotel for a week, I absolutely amaze with the services they provide to me from the security that help us with our luggage’s, front desk who help us checking in, Rio who show us our room and all the staff who help us on our stay. On our second day of our stay in the hotel my sister lost her car key, she throw the keys together with the rubbish from the car in front of the hotel the night before and just remembered about it the next morning. So many staff help us looking after the key even it’s not their fault. Thanks to Eddy from housekeeping, Rio from front desk who keeps looking for the key. The food is very nice, the “pisang goroho and rica roa” is must do order, I also like one of their mocktail with lychee. They have so many choices for breakfast as well, I always looking forward to have my breakfast in the mornings. The room is also spacious plus they have balcony. Their cleaning service also amazing, staff who clean my room also doing a good job. The waitress from the restaurant also really helpful and really humble, staff name “chika, fero” who always smile and helpful. Ido who is also very helpful. Thank you all for your help and services, I will definitely coming back.

This hotel have beautiful beach. White sand, coconut trees and clean beach is perfect combination. No animal on the beach. You can see island from the beach. You can enjoy sunset from here. Take photos in here can satisfied. The children can playing sand or swing.
