Great professional staff. Jason the M.O.D. has great staff eager to please. I have worked In the hotel business ten years and found this one of my top stays in my lifetime! Will definitely return for another stay.

The Property is run down from the entrance; entrance door dragging so doesn't close all the way. Our room was overall clean but bathroom leaking water down the wall behind toilet. They offered to exchange rooms but we were afraid we'd get something worse; they gave us a big towel and we used big towel but the water eventually soaked up the towel. Breakfast was delicious. Asan the person that checked us in didn't understand English so we had trouble finding the hotel but finally we got there. Nevertheless, Asan was helpful but as I said, he doesn't understand English, so we Also had a slight challenge checking in. The hotel was smelling evidently from water damage because there were fans in the hallway. Very Rundown.. website pictures are deceiving. I will not come back or recommend because it's really run down. It's however is a go local for shopping and eating

This place literally stinks! The smell is overpowering. The breakfast sucks. The AC in my room didn't work until around 1 am. From the outside appearance to the carpet. Worst place I have stayed since the hurricanes in Florida in the mid 2000's.when I stayed at a hotel with the windows blown out. At least they had an excuse. Way overpriced

It was a decent room but after booking the room we were charged a 50 dollar deposit and that was not. On the site.

Choose another hotel Our room was fine. The linens were clean. The room was clean. The A/C worked. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and operable. Compliments to the hardworking cleaning staff! The management and maintenance, however, was not present or available. Many of the public areas were in disrepair. Access into the pool (which was very basic) was difficult. Water was very cold. The lobby consisted of chairs stacked on tables. No breakfast was available. No business/computer was available to print off tickets etc Check in was slow and tedious. When the reservations were made, we were told there would be breakfast included. There was no food available for guests. Guests were complaining that lights were burned out. The third floor has an area with a wall needing repair and lights were out in the hallway. The carpeting is frayed. Doors to pool are rusted. In general, the hotel is run down and has poor management.
