We paid for the room for 4 nights. It got housekeeping/maid service ONCE. I called the 2nd day and got an apology and a restock of some items. On the 3rd day I was angry and got a hold of the manger of the hotel and he said that their policy is to only clean the room on request. That policy was never posted anywhere on *******, during check-in process, or mentioned by any of the staff. Just told to me by the manger on the 3rd day. They did send a housekeeping staff who picked up trash, towels, and restock items on the 3rd day.
It's a nice and clean property, a little too warm in the hotel and ******. If it wasn't for the very unusual experience with the housekeeping، I would've said that this was a wonderful 5 star experience.
I complained again during checkout, so they refunded me 2 nights of resort fees, about $60. Not enough.
We would've left to another hotel but we paid for the entire stay through *******.
Very disappointed, won't be back again.
