Service is poor. Door was unlocked with keys inside when we were late checkin. No sort of security. The water of bathroom exchanged between cold and heated unstably. The furniture was aged and seems not renovated dozens years. Room was cleaning. And location is convenient  if you are are familiar with it.

Very happy with my stay there. The room is spacious and clean with daily housekeeping and complementary laundry facility.

The room was very clean and heated when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay with a very attentive Staff. Most importantly they had enough space for parking which was rarely found around the area.

We were allocated a room with queen bed on 2nd floor, old style look. Near main road n easy access to Highway. Though near main road but no traffic noise issue. Ample parking lots .Reception was friendly.

So far my best stay in Melbourne. But the location isn't that nice and friendly. Anyway, thank you to the receptionists for the friendly and helpful service. Thank you.

The hotel is similar to a courtyard house. Close to the road, own parking space, Slightly noisy The room is quite big, value for money must be fair Ha ha
