The room was very clean and heated when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay with a very attentive Staff. Most importantly they had enough space for parking which was rarely found around the area.

We were allocated a room with queen bed on 2nd floor, old style look. Near main road n easy access to Highway. Though near main road but no traffic noise issue. Ample parking lots .Reception was friendly.

So far my best stay in Melbourne. But the location isn't that nice and friendly. Anyway, thank you to the receptionists for the friendly and helpful service. Thank you.

The hotel is similar to a courtyard house. Close to the road, own parking space, Slightly noisy The room is quite big, value for money must be fair Ha ha

Excellent location. Easy access to Freeway and very close to Public Transport. Spacious room, excellent off street parking. We stayed a week and it was very quite.

I wish that we were aware of the noise due the wedding venue right next to our room. Also the plumbing is so noisy, that it will wake you up when guests next door have showers after midnight. Its just very noisy to have quiet sleep, as we stayed for a week due our working commitment. Otherwise older building, clean, parking available, location good just the noise was the issue for us.

Great value for my 4 night stay and only less than half an hour drive to Melbourne city. Staff service are good and helpful as well.

I believe its priced a bit high due to having a wedding venue attached to it. However, the overall condition of the room and services weren't the best. Cob webs and spiders in the bathroom, the spa bath hadn't been used in a while and rust and dirt came out of the jets initially, the paint was peeling off of the roof. It had some things to fix. I liked being able to catch the 906 bus into Melbourne CBD from a bus stop 20m down the road. But honestly believe its worth under $100 a night. I would only stay here again if they remedied the issues highlighted and dropped the price per night.

Have stayed here several times as it's very good value and comfortable enough for an overnight stay. However, the room we stayed in this time had the thinnest pillows possible. Had to get the extras from the wardrobe which were also super thin. Had to pile 3 together to feel like sleeping on 1. This made for poor quality sleep. Disappointed. Hope to see this issue rectified.

Not happy that we were given the key at arrival only to find that upon entry to the room that it hadn’t been cleaned. Told we would need to wait half an hour, despite the fact that it was already 3 pm and check in is supposed to begin at 2pm. Very tired room decor which needs an update.
