RANDAL WAS GREAT AT THE FRONT DESK. HAD HOMEMADE COOKIES BAKED AND VERY WELCOMING. THE YOUNG LADY DOING THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL. VERY FRIENDLY. SHE HAS BEEN EMPLOYEE THERE FOR QUITE SOME TIME. SHE IS A KEEPER.

Stained bed skirt
Dingy comforter, looked worn and not bleached
Dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed
Pool was cloudy and didn’t appear clean
Soiled towels all around the pool deck
Pool deck floor looked like it could use a good mop
Entire hotel smells like chlorine
Multiple stink bugs in the room
Breakfast was decent, and the breakfast attendant was super attentive and friendly and kept the breakfast area clean!!

The abandoned restaurant in front of the hotel made me question the area. It turned out to be a safe area.

We got our key card and went to our room and it was not cleaned so we had to go back downstairs and change rooms
