Hotel was good, good location for where I needed to go, first time stay at Tru and boy what a disappointment. Go downstairs for breakfast and asked staff who was laid back on sofa, where are the eggs? She replied in a not so friendly way there are no eggs today, no explanation no nothing. Last time I will stay at this chain, all hotels in area serve breakfast with eggs, if it is an order issue the manager should be reprimanded, if a staff didn't feel like making eggs issue the manager should address it. I thought I went to a third tier chain motel!

Wonderful experience! We stayed here one night while visiting Manchester Michigan. This was a clean, beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds, delicious complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. Price was very affordable. Check in and out was easy.

Staff were fast and efficient checking me in while dealing with other guests. Really excellent job of multitasking, I was impressed. Well maintained breakfast area which is staffed. Due to the hard floors in the rooms, it's a slightly less quiet experience, but the floors are really clean because of it. Exceptional value, would stay again.

The customer service agent (Jose) at the front desk was great!! Fabulous welcoming energy upon arrival!!
This location seems to be well maintained and well managed. Clean and quiet with easy parking just how I like it!

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Overall great stay just wish there would've been a hot tub.
