The room was clean & quiet & comfortable. The breakfasts were reasonable but I wish there were more dairy-free options: coconut or almond milk for cereals, eggs without cheese. I especially appreciate the eco-friendly room service, where you can choose what gets laundered when, in addition to the refillable products available in dispensers instead of the waste of a bunch of little plastic bottles in the bathroom. I appreciated that housekeeping staff were off for Christmas Day: it showed care for the staff to give them important family time off.

Everything was great about this hotel. The room was clean, all the common areas were clean and tidy, and breakfast was even out ready a little earlier than they had said. Overall I would say it was a very good stay.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was pretty darn good for a freebie. The only thing I would change is for the bed to be a bit softer but overall a great experience and we will stay again.

Nice Hotel with good location to I-94. Biggest issue I had was the design of the breakfast area. Not enough seating and the shape made it impossible for the staff to keep stocked or for guests to get in and out easily. The 'self-entitled' guests used this to justify not standing in line and grabbing items ahead of people waiting. Nothing staff could do.
Juice machine was broken and the refrigerator was so cold, everything in there was frozen.
Overall minor issue that should be looked at during the next refresh of lobby. Current design has set up the staff to fail. Function over Style next time.
