Holiday Inn Express & Suites JACKSON by IHG

The room was clean & quiet & comfortable. The breakfasts were reasonable but I wish there were more dairy-free options: coconut or almond milk for cereals, eggs without cheese. I especially appreciate the eco-friendly room service, where you can choose what gets laundered when, in addition to the refillable products available in dispensers instead of the waste of a bunch of little plastic bottles in the bathroom. I appreciated that housekeeping staff were off for Christmas Day: it showed care for the staff to give them important family time off.

The room, lobby, and pool area were all clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely hear again. Good breakfast! Thank you!

Trying to drive back to Canada from Milwaukee and couldn't make it so we found this lovely hotel off the highway. Very clean and safe with a few restaurants within walking distance. A very lovely spot!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Property was clean and safe. The only con of the stay was parking is a bit crowded. Overall the experience was fabulous!

This place is plain and not very attractive but the rooms are large and clean, good TV, microwave, refrigerator, Wi-Fi. Free breakfast is really good including a lot of healthy stuff if you like that. Also good biscuits and gravy, eggs, etc. We stay at a lot of chain hotel since this place was a pleasant surprise.

We had a room at the end of the hall and our internet wasn't very good, otherwise the room was great!

Sucks You charged me $30 dollars more per night than if I had booked it through the Hotel ! Next time I won’t use you and I will be sure to tell others 👎

excellent staff and very clean hotel! the breakfast was awesome and I appreciated the hard worked staff keeping the place in tip top shape.

The suite was clean and neat. All the accessories, like refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker were in working order. The common areas were neat and clean. The hotel staff were helpful and changed towel sets daily as we requested. The office staff were accommodating and kept us in the same suite even though we had two reservations. They also noticed the same sur names on the reservations and placed us next door. Much appreciated! Some times the Wi-Fi was slow and dropped out.
