Brilliant find this place. Great location right on the seafront, two mins walk from a tram stop into town. Lovely friendly welcome in a spotlessly clean and modern hotel. Breakfast out of this world.

Warm friendly welcome, superb selection for breakfast. tea coffee and biscuits in room. Comfy bed. Bar, while we didn’t travel with children we could see plenty toys and games for them. A hairdryer in room would’ve been an added bonus. Will definitely be back.

It was a fantastic 2 days again....the owners are amazing people who carnt do enough for u. This is my second stay with them now and it was lovely....and the breakfast is out this world.. i stayed in room 10 and it was lovely...a home from home feeling is what we got. they honestly couldnt do enough for us... will 100 percent be booking again for next year

Hotel spotless, breakfast was beautiful and so much offered, always being asked if there was anything we wanted. Owners were so friendly, helpful and you leave being friends. Bar was stocked with so many choices. Highly recommended
