Henson Hotel

Stayed at the Henson in previous years as it’s always close to the pleasure beach, this year we could really notice the changes the new management had put in and can also see all the team making a conscious effort to work towards further improvements in the hotel, Staff are friendly polite and very helpful, can safely say we will be back again soon……also did I mention value for money! Thank you Henson for another great stay! See you all again soon! 😁

Had a lovely stay at the Henson Hotel last week.we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man,who I believe is the new manager. Our room was every thing I was expecting, very comfortable and clean.will definitely be staying there again.

I hundred percent recommend this place we checked in smoothly went straight to our room it was clean and looked fresh then we went down to the bar they were supper friendly and welcoming and I even got a bit drunk and done karaoke if you need somewhere to stay in Blackpool for cheap please go here it’s amazing!!

Went to visit friends in the area, at first I wasn't really expecting too much after reading reviews but wow was I surprised, Adam the manager really went above and beyond, very informative about area gave us some excellent places to visit and have a night out, he was very chatty and god he made me laugh so much I almost made a puddle Adam you are wasted there you need to be on a stage, the weather was pretty awful but his smile and jolly character made up for it, the staff are lovely, our room was nice and comfortable and clean, definitely stay at the Henson again on our next visit, hopefully the weather will be nicer next time, I'd go as far as to say its a hidden gem, thank you Henson staff

The Henson Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay as stress free and as comfortable as possible. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, too. It was such a lovely atmosphere all around!

The room was very clean, lovely soft bed, and lovely pillows, the staff are very friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. Great location and free parking. We will be back, we love all of the improvements made in the last six months, and sure our next visit will be even better. Thank you Team Henson

The staff. Brilliant. So helpful, Plus pints. Staff Free parking Warm rooms Bar Comfy beds Huge bathroom Lifts Location Clean Fridge in room Lots of tea/coffee for stay Price! Quiet. Response from owners/staff when messaged. Black out curtains Great sized rooms Ok points. Still a work on progress. You can see they’re trying to update from a scary 80’s decor and making it modern. They’re doing a fab job. Toilet door. Loud when closing in middle of night. (I’m a light sleeper so it’s not a big issue. Hotel was quiet otherwise even when bar had music on.) Room storage. If you’re there for more than a couple of nights and want to unpack it’s limited space. But then we were 3 big people so always struggle with space! Final points? We didn’t try breakfast. It’s continental and looked good but wg beans was calling me! The bar had a good selection of drinks and you can take to room. Takeaways deliver if you don’t want to eat in town. You have key fir room and front door if staying out late. Tv remote is £10 hire but if you can use tv buttons? You don’t need it. Proximity to pleasure beach was why we booked and just over £20pp/pn? Bargain. We will return on budget breaks to blavkpool.

Me and my family loved going here everyone was friendly and helpful they covered all of our needs under new management and updating hotel it's really nice and clean new fluffy pillow we have booked again we can't wait to come back and stay again thankyou for a nice warm and friendly place for us and our family we appreciate everything 😊
