This is a absolutely fantastic place to stay. It’s nearby everything. The staff were amazing and it felt like we’d known them for years, in particular Bobby. The bed was super comfy. There were very clean linen and lovely toiletries. The bar was reasonably priced and the “snack” menu was enough for a whole meal

Mould on the bedding, outdated room from the pictures, bleached bathroom mat. Peeling wallpaper and stained walls. Yellowing over the walls as if a smoker had lived there. Bathroom fan was very loud. Shower had very weak pressure but was warm. Could hear everyone passing the room due to loud door outside my room. It’s a good place to just lay your head for the night at a cheap price but do not expect anything more than the minimum here. Not necessary good. But not all that bad. I know they’re currently doing improvements. I may have just had an old room

Just returned from this place and can honestly say I've never been made more welcome. Beds are so comfy, breakfast is awesome and the staff are the best ever. Close to all amenities and perfect for a weekend away

Absolutely fantastic 3 night stay. The staff make you feel very welcome from the moment you book in until you book out . Very attentive. Rooms have everything you need and are very clean. Lovely bar snack menue and very reasonablely priced. Fabulous view of Blackpool Tower from the hotel and so close to all attractions . Excellent value for money. Danced the night away with the entertainment provided at the hotel on both Friday and Saturday night. On checking out I booked a return visit for July with friends.

Fab first stay . Clean friendly and welcoming . Spacious room . Fantastic beds Great breakfast. Lovely lounge area with bar ( reasonably priced) Good entertainment Staff and management really go the extra mile Great location beside the winter gardens so easy access to all Blackpool offers . We definitely be returning .

Avoid at all costs they have infestation of bed bugs which when told about and shown photos of bites they were not forthcoming at all with sorting out. A report to trading standards has been sent! Bites all over arms, legs, back and face! Disgusting

Great weekend stay in a fab location! Visited this weekend 5-7th April. We booked as we attended a concert at the Opera House and it was perfect location. Staff are friendly and drinks are excellent value for money! Beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable and breakfast is just what you need after a night out on the Blackpool tiles. Booked for another weekend at the end of month and we can’t wait to come back!
