Stayed here many times before but not in a while due to travel restrictions, hotel is still in good condition and service still good, not surprisingly for Blackpool the breakfast is a little chaotic but that’s expected, downside Is the new parking fees, 18 pound a day is excessive for a none secured car park.

Nothing wrong with the hotel in general, but the PARKING IS £18 PER NIGHT!!!!! A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!
No-one told us the parking was going to cost that much! All it said on the Trip.com website was paid parking, which you don't expect to be £18 per night!!!!
Very disappointing and it spoiled our trip to Blackpool. Don't think we'll be back to this hotel!!

Staff all very friendly and professional. Room was large and very clean. Food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. Hotel has a great vibe about it.

So me and my wife have been here a few times now and every time it’s been amazing the rooms are impeccably clean and the food from the restaurant was great. We will definitely stay again. However the only issue we had was the price of the cocktails 🍸 and the fact that there was no one on the bar that could make a decent one for the price they were charging. 😳🥲. That’s it tho. So just won’t be getting another

I booked for myself my wife and 8 family members for a 40th birthday Friday to Sunday I requested balloons on table for her birthday breakfast and champagne in the room on arrival(at additional cost but worth it) which they sorted for me they then went and arranged our own big room for birthday breakfast for the family the staff were amazing all the rooms were fantastic will defo be back again

Great experience at the Big Blue Hotel. Friendly staff, spacious modern rooms with comfortable beds. Restaurant great for breakfast with loads of choice. Brilliant location for pleasure beach with easy access to South Pier and Sandcastle. Trams just a 5 minute walk taking you everywhere you need to be in Blackpool. Would highly recommend this hotel.
