Hotel parking is ridicules, however there us ample parking right next to hotel £14.00 for 24 hours. Reception area was clean and tidy and check in was fast and straightforward. Rooms clean and they come with a fan which was fantastic. Beds were ok. Location was fantastic. Would definitely go back again.

I was truly disappointed with the hotels services E.g The WiFi was not working in the bedrooms and only in the lobby.The receptionist were not that polite.My daughter who is deaf was told when she complained about the WiFi and she was told that it’s not the hotels responsibility for the WiFi.

I made an appoin**ent for two people and one child, and when I arrived, they told me that there was no room for me, only a double room. I replied that I would book a double room. They told me that there were no children in the double room, and asked me to refund the money with Trip.com. I said that but trip.com showed that I should book first, and I would like to add more money to book more rooms, and she replied that there was no room. Finally, I reasoned and arranged a double room and extra bed for me. I hope trip.com can understand this clearly. The hotel can accommodate the number of people, so as not to have the next victim.

Rooms were spotless but wasn’t impressed with breakfast Staff appeared to be in office somewhere behind reception had to call out for service

Easy checkin room clean and decent size staff friendly and happy to help the bar was open until late drinks reasonably priced and although the bar cafe is small there was never a problem getting a table for breakfast on a morning we are back again in four weeks

We had a great stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed the staff were all friendly and always willing to help. Lucky enough to get a space in the car park but is limited. Bar with food available onsite and was busy when we were there.

Beautiful view from hotel and very nice and friendly staff. Will Definitely go again. Maybe next time I'll remember my coat as wind was definitely there that day.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We chose this hotel as we had stayed before and just loved it
