Our rooms were moved over the road as there was more space for us as we were a family of 5, the owner couldn’t do enough for you, if you ring her before she can sort parking out for £10 for 24 hours but spaces are limited, it was right on the front which is great for families young children, the only thing I would say is it was a little cold the room but the kids lady put the heating on straight away. I would definitely stay again, it’s also a great location

What a find!!! We stayed here for 1 night as another hotel cancelled our booking with 12hrs notice. So found this hotel on a whim. We was Blackpool for the football, Marissa was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and tidy. If I come to Blackpool again I would stay here again.

The responsiveness of the owners to questions beforehand about times and check in was brilliant. The welcome, warm, friendly and professional. Check in was a breeze. Free parking outside (must be reserved) - an absolute find. The beds. My god. They were like sleeping on clouds made by angels. The bedding was fresh and looked brand new, not a mark or stain anywhere. The room itself and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, tea tray well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and the Holy grail - ENOUGH MILK POTS FOR TWO DRINKS!!! Check out was as speedy and friendly as check in. Cannot wait to stay again! Thank you so much

Do NOT pay to go here. owner said she did not have our booking even tho the hotel themselves emailed out a confirmation that morning, was not helpful and did not care, hotel was dirty and had a nasty smell as you walked into the hallway, we were not the only family she had done it to that day!!

A good find for a night in Blackpool with my friend. Hosts are lovely and easy to speak to and get in touch with. Parking at the property was perfect, quiet rooms at night, a little small but did the job, room was very clean too. Would definitely return when coming back to Blackpool.

A friend and I found this little gem on ***********. We just wanted somewhere for the night after going to see a show at the Blackpool Winter Gardens Theatre. Booking through *********** was dead easy and the place has two car parking spots outside which can be reserved. I messaged through the app to reserve one of these spaces and the replies were super quick! We arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by one of the staff members who showed us our room. We booked a budget room and stayed in room 8. It was clean, bright and had all of the facilities we needed (double bed, tv mounted on the wall, tea and coffee facilities and a separate small room with a toilet and sink. Due to us booking the budget room, the shower was a separate room on the main corridor and was only for the use of our room (not shared). If you’re ever needing to use it, please ask the staff beforehand as it took me a while to figure it out. There is a switch external to the room that needs to be turned on for the shower to work. The adjacent rooms (7 and 9) have their own en-suites but are more expensive. The view from our room looked towards the Main Street and we could see the Blackpool tower in the distance. Fresh, clean towels were provided and the hotel was very quiet throughout the night. The bed was comfortable and exactly what we needed for the night. We paid £55 for the budget double room and were very impressed with the service. Will definitely be returning!

Came to Blackpool for just one evening to watch a show at the theatre. Found this hotel on ***********. What a little gem! Only downside here is the strong cigarette smell in the common areas. Bedroom wasn’t effected. Friendly owner. Room was wonderfully clean. Bed was so comfortable, premier inn style! Had a double bed. Bathroom was very small and outdated but again clean and had everything you could need. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The place has a small bar too, but I can’t comment on this as it didn’t seem to be open while we were there. Close to everything you want to see in Blackpool. Highly recommend.
