We enjoyed our stay and thought the location was excellent. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and offered us all we needed. We paid extra for the breakfast which set us up for the day. We will definitely consider returning on a future visit.

Our hosts were absolutely amazing, a lovely breakfast for £4 extra and a comfy bed and a good shower all made for a very nice stay 😊

clean but very shabby no heating on and no hot water unable to have a shower the toilet made very loud and lengthy sounds when flushed well overpriced for the room would not recommend to others

Was very clean and the best night sleep I have had in a long time bed comfortable easy for the tram before we left we booked up for next year the 2 lady's very friendly 10/10

Friendly staff, large rooms, clean. A bit old fashioned but comfortable. Convenient location, Great value.
Shower and toilet flush a bit noisy.

This hotel is a gem, its in a perfect central location and its run by a super friendly Mother and Daughter team. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and you can tell the owners take pride in their hotel. The bar has very reasonable prices and you get great measures. I will stay here again and would recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone who is traveling and staying in Blackpool.
