Was Okay For location but everything else was Horrible Bathroom Very small TV faulty Cold Dirty bedsheets Bathroom Smelled like Body Odor & Cigarettes Carpet Stains Never Visiting Again don't come Here No towels & False Advertisements Said there's A pool Table Breakfast but upon Arrival Said no Breakfast Please Never come here unless your going on a night out in Blackpool Please & Thank you.

Parking was a couple streets away for £10… not the end of the world…. The room was basic but freezing, heating didn’t work. No hot water in the room, mould in bathroom, toilet seat was broken. Made memories and funny conversations… that’s about it. Staff were friendly

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Arrived at 7pm to a gentleman on the phone just continued on the call while checking us in. Got to room which absolutely stunk - can not even describe the smell! Room was, dirty, damaged, sheets were not clean. Couldn't stand staying in there for the smell so took a couple of quick pictures and left. Same gentleman still on phone, tried to explain issues but was on phone and didn't speak good English. Found myself a 3 hour drive from home with a child at 7pm in Blackpool with no where to stay. Received a call from a lady from the hotel explained all the issues and her only response was the laundry was done by an external company so sheets couldn't be dirty - those sheets had not seen an external company. No offer of alternative accommodation and they have since twice refused to refund so still have my money for a room that was uninhabitable! Would definately not recommend - they are now ignoring me completely

Absolutely disgusting!! Always weary if using B&B's in Blackpool but thiught I would give it one more try, this visut has confirmed all of my beliefs when it comes to B&B's. On first impressions it didnt seem too bad, nice owner in a good location not too far from the tower. Room seemed airy and clean until i climbed into bed. I layed down to experience a terrible smell, upon on closer insoection the pillow i had was stained and the smell was horrendous. Obviously this lead to me being curious and though I would look further, starting with the duvet. Well...not sure what it was, could have been blood, may have been urine, not sure. The bathroom wasnt clean and there were no towels in the room. I always like to add a positive so here goes.... the TV worked and I could see the Blackpool tower lit up from the bay window. Unfortunately thats your lot. Yes it was cheap and sappose you get what you pay for, hence why I am writing this from a Lremier Inn double room. Learnt from my mistake. Please, please, please do not book this B&B.

We were met at the door and given our key. I enquired about breakfast to be told they had stoped doing them. We got to the room which was very small and dated. The tv did not work and there were holes filled in everywhere. There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was very uncomfortable.

This b&b is in desperate need of some TLC. Its very worn, beds and bedding need replacing with proper matress protectors, no curtains, slats missing from blinds, paint peeling, smell from dirty extractor fan, taps not working correctly, wardrobe couldnt be used to hang clothes as a shelf has been placed in way...... Its need inves**ent to a refurb and a good clean.

Discusting place to stay, will never book again. Mouldy ceilings, dirty mattresses with are extremelyuncomfortable, slept in cleaner tents at a festival, couldn't see out of window properly. Advertised with a bar, never open and owners never around. Kept awake by loud drunks on the streets.

What a crap place beds very uncomfortable top bed the bars all bent no room to move onsuite was a joke there is a bar but don't open it lounge is locked so cant use it if you wanted anything you had to wait for them to come from other hotel both smell of bo

The B&B have new owners who are working on building the hotel up we stayed 5 day’s and was comfy somewhere as a base close to all the main attractions shops and beach. Shower was nice and hot and safe and secure. There is some things that would make a stay more enjoyable. The lounge and dining area wasn’t open during the stay but I think this would make a stay at the B&B more comfortable. Just to get away from others in your room. The B&B has great potential and I’m sure the new owners will have this hotel amazing by next summer. Our beds was metal so very squeaky but was comfortable. I think wooden bunks and beds would be more suitable. The front garden is nice but would be great to get access and maybe some planters and little tables would make this lovely. For what we paid for the week it was well worth it and I think with a few improvements it will be a great family B&B I would go back again
