Stayed here a few times most recently last week. For £35 a night you won't find any better value hotel. Great location, nice clean rooms which are also nice and quiet. Free parking on site was a big bonus too. Great stay as always, we will be back!

The room was spotlessly clean & so quiet. Staff on site were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast next door was a disappointment though & we wouldn't go there again.

Excellent place to stay, the rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good Excellent food and drinks, I would definitely recommend this premier inn and restaurant

Rooms really noisy, can hear every stamp and bang from the rooms above and the corridor. The location of the hotel is pretty awful if you haven't got a car, as it's through a huge (very dark at night) car park else walk along a dual carriageway with no pavement. The bar/restaurant adjoining was overrun with screaming kids running up and down with no shoes on whilst you paid £17+ for a burger, chips and a drink. Nice staff though..

Nice hotel - modern and clean with confy beds. Parking close by and great location for all the attractions. cant beat a hotel like this for the price you pay. nice bar and restaurant also which was reasonably priced. would defo return here when back in town

Seriously. Never experienced customer service like this. Nic and Tracey on the reception totally 10/10. My key card broke this afternoon. Returned this evening with one waiting at the front door with a smile. Totally made my day. Regularly use Premier Inn and often meet nice staff but these two were next level! Give these girls a payrise!

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very strange though literally behind a garage off the main road and next to a massive car park. The Brewers Fayre was a real let down though. Breakfast was chaotic and ran out of food and cups with people queing for everything. In the evenings it was the opposite deserted, souless and no atmosphere with over priced food.

Room 78 single bed cover smelled of urine and the bed sheet had a big urine stain on it . Clearly the bedding had not been changed .... absolutely disgusting to pay £260 for 3 nights for a family room to come into that. Everything ells was fine but something like dirty bedding should not be happening. 🤮😷
