Fabulous stay in this beautifully appointed guest house overlooking the beach. Danny, Trevor and Colin are such generous hosts. Beds are comfortable and everything spotless. Breakfast is a treat. Close to a tram stop for easy access to Blackpool centre. Perfect!

Little gem of a hotel. From the very warm welcome to our leaving breakfast every was as we had wished for. Slightly out of town but walkable, tram stop a very short distance from front door if required. Thanks you very much and would definitely use again

A very friendly welcome from hosts Danny and Trevor. Spotlessly clean, warm and cosy with everything in the bedrooms that you need. We had a lovely sea view. A cosy bar for an evening in, and close enough for access to the Prom for an early morning or evening stroll. Free parking but close to Lowther Avenue tram stop for a short ride to Blackpool Tower, or 20 Mins to Fleetwood

Thank you for an amazing stay. Danny and your team couldn’t do any more for you. From the moment we checked in nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and had a lovely sea view. Breakfast was delicious and cooked perfectly. It felt like we was staying with friends and we will definitely be staying again.

We were greeted by Danny , very friendly and informative and given a cup t on arrival. Hotel clean and nice and warm . Sea view room with double bed and single in it and plenty of room. Bathroom small but adequate. Bed was comfortable . You can hear the traffic being on the front but that didn’t bother us. Breakfast cooked to perfection each day and Danny and Derek couldn’t do enough for us. Danny suggested leaving the car at the hotel and getting a 3 day pass £18.50 each but you can hop on and of the buses as much as you like. Location was great , far enough away from the town , bus stop and tram stop outside hotel and lovely walks along the sea front . Would definitely stay again. Thank you Danny , Derek and Colin on front desk . X

We booked for 3 nights Danny and his college Colin were very welcoming making sure we had everything for our room and our room was lovely and very clean , the hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the centre so it is very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

What a great find!...Danny and his team were just fantastic - nothing too much trouble and a real quality experience. Excellent breakfast too! Great location with parking slightly to the north of the town ( preferred location ), yet within easy reach of central Blackpool and all amenities. Cleanliness and friendliness are high on the agenda here. Would 100% recommend!

This has to be the best Hotel in Blackpool. In past years we have stayed in some horrendous places in Blackpool so couldn't beleive it when we found this gem of a Hotel. Danny and his team do an amazing job running this Hotel from the cleanliness of the rooms to the breakfasts. We were on first floor and room was spotless and beds so so comfy. Slept like logs. Handy for tram just outside Hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and felt like part of the family. Very relaxed a**osphere. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys. Outstanding hotel and we will be back,hopefully in the summer if you have any rooms of course. Hope to see you guys very soon. Five star plus for us.

This place was fabulous from location to staff. Danny was a fabulous host. He went above and beyond. Always smiling and breakfast was so nice and gave a ‘fancy’ vibe. Will deffo be going back. Rooms were spacious and lovely and had enough space to fit our things and the view was beautiful.
