Lee & Chris's Belvedere - Adults Only

When we arrived at this guest house we got a friendly welcome asked us if we need help with bags We went to the room Room 3 it was very nice and clean shower was very nice Lots of tea and coffee and even bottles of water in the fridge Breakfast was very nice If I was coming to blackpool again I would book this hotel again thank you

Well what a fabulous hotel it was spotlessly clean decor was beautiful the room catered for all our needs breakfast was very well presented freshly cooked and nice and hot, the hotel is a credit to Lee and Chris handy to the town just a 10 minute walk away will definitely stay there again can't fault it in anything perfect, you must also visit their other venue the rendezvous it's a lovely well kept bar with entertainment from a few great drag queens well worth a visit

The host Lee was very attentive and welcoming, treating you like a friend rather than a guest, The room was perfect, bed was great and some decent pillows. Breakfast was efficient and prompt and nothing was too much trouble for Lee. Wish all accommodation in the area treated guests as well as Lee does, will definitely be back again and again

Perfect from the minute I made the booking. When I arrived was met with a warm welcome. Room was spotless and warm and the mattress was better than mine at home. Breakfast was served with a smile and was more than enough to keep me going. Gutted that I can’t stay here in November but I do get the chance to try Lee and Chris’s other hotel.

I stayed here over New Year and it was my first experience in this charming hotel. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome from the hosts and our room was lovely. It was an executive room and had a coffee machine and dressing gowns provided. Breakfast was served in the main room and was absolutely excellent. I could not fault anything about the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this establishment and will stay here again.

Just found this little gem of a hotel. Not sure why some of the posts are so negative, we loved our stay here. The room was as advertised so we knew what to expect. It was clean, tidy with a Comfortable bed. Heating was good so no issues there. Owners are friendly and have great local knowledge. Also offered us discounts vouchers to other local bars. Breakfast was great too. Will definitely stay here again in tge future. Thanks for a great stay and warm hospitality

Comfy bed and well furnished room, decent breakfast and good value for money. Very friendly owners and very welcoming. Good location for access to the local LGBT venues and seafront, not too far walk from north pier Only downside was poor water pressure in shower

Another amazing stay This is my 5th time staying here & yet again i can’t fault a thing Warm, cosy and absolutely spotless room. Yet again Lee & Chris couldn’t do enough for you, whatever you needed they did. Amazing breakfast, & an absolute pleasure to stay here again. I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else in Blackpool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here for the weekend too see the screening of Mrs browns boys. Lee, the host, couldn't do enough for us. Carried all the luggage upstairs on arrival and on departure. It's the little things that count and matter, like we asked for apple juice after the breakfast on the 1st day and on the 2nd day, there was some juice. Nice quiet location and near to everything. Roadside parking was available. Free WiFi. Our room was pleasant and warm enough. Had everything we needed. Including a bottle of milk and bottles of water in the fridge. Safety deposit box should you choose to use it. Bath robes provided. And complimentary miniature shampoo, body wash etc also provided were toothbrushes and miniature toothpastes. Couldn't find fault with anything and as I said earlier, Lee, our host was awesome.
