Brillant Hotel! Great room service breakfast spot on and had a good chat with us when we bumped into them every time. Smells amazing and clean as anything and brillant value for money. Calm hotel with a friendly family vibe with a good night's sleep.

This was are 3th time here so lovely we have the same room every time we stay lovely breakfast so much choice plus the beach is just at the end of the road the hosts are lovely people they make you feel like being at home thanks Andy and Jo and Grace see you next year 😀

Fantastic 2 nts stay, was greeted by Andy and Jo what lovely host, we pre booked the car park which was great, the breakfast is great lots to chose from cereal, fruit, full English plenty of drinks to choose from, room are lovely decor beds comfy had a good sleep, very close to everything, when we were ready we went for a cocktail in the bar and Andy gave us plenty of places to go to. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Andy and Jo are the perfect hosts. This very welcoming B and B is spotlessly clean and in a great Location just slightly North of the South pier. Our room was lovely with a comfy bed and perfect en-suite. Breakfast was tasty and hearty and freshly cooked with lots of choice. Travelled with family who were all in one spacious en-suite room with an extra room for the kids. There is limited parking at the hotel but Andy very kindly booked us into a secure car park owned by a very friendly couple just 5 minutes walk away. All in all we would highly recommend Rossall House

Lovely guest house, very homely, extremely clean as always when we stay, amazing breakfast, hosts are fantastic and so welcoming. Can’t fault this place at all everything is done between them and it’s just a fantastic place to stay. This is why we return every year because it’s the best!

We are returning customers to Rossall House and love absolutely everything about it. The rooms are bright, comfortable, modern and offer everything you need. The breakfast is cooked fresh to order every morning with a fantastic choice available. The B&B is immaculate with a friendly cosy bar to relax in the evening after a busy day. We have met life long friends and are booked for next year, Jo and Andy are the most welcoming owners and always go out their way to make sure your stay is nothing but the best. We would highly recommend Rossall House

Our third visit to Rossall House. A fine hotel in a perfect location, pleasure beach, tower, piers and nightlife all nearby. If you don’t fancy walking there is a tram stop just 0.35km away., The Thursday afternoon welcome from Jo & Andy was warm, friendly and informative. Escorted to our (complimentary upgraded) room by Jo. (Thank you) The room was stylishly decorated & exceptionally clean. We slept well on each of the three nights in the comfortable bed. The water temperature was perfect in the shower. For Breakfast each morning we were cheerfully greeted by Jo. Service was just awesome from Jo and daughter. The food was plentiful and tasty. There was absolutely nothing to want for. Thank you for another exceptional stay at your stylish hotel. Best wishes for the remainder of the year. We may get another visit in later on in the year.

We are so glad we found Rossall House for our trip to Blackpool. A room with an adjoining extra separate bedroom is difficult to find. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Great breakfasts. Welcoming hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay- never been before and both was helpful with useful local information Accommodation was lovely! The comfortablist bed according to my daughter- really clean and food was lovely! The bar and connect 4 was good fun too! All bars need a lollipop stand!
